DL180 G6 controller and drive cage query

Hi

Im looking to purchase a DL180 G6.  Standard model has 4 drive SATA LFF cage.  Need more bays, so I need the 8 drive cage LFF upgrade kit.

Queries

1)  How easy is it to install these drive cage upgrades

2)  Has been mentioned I need another P410 controller with a drice cage uograde - surely this is not the case

3)  Will the current P410 controller thats included allow multiple arrays, i.e. a RAID 1 array with 2 x 160GB Entry drive, an also a RAID 5 with 4 x 1TB midline drives

4)  Can I use either SAS or SATA 3.5" drives, or are they specific
