DL180 G6 + raid 10 + hot spare

hello! we have a HP Proliant DL180 G6 is installed on a raid 10 of the four discs. acquired another disk. how to add it to hot spare? it should be done in the BIOS or windows and by what programs?

You can do that in Option ROM Configuration for Arrays (ORCA) or in Array Configuration Utility (ACU).

you are sure that there is support for the Array Configuration Utilit HP Proliant DL180 G6 (for 100 series) with a boot disk?

It is supported only if you have a smart array controller.
