I had the same problen with dl180 g6 (3.20)

System Status:    Attention required and  "Chassis | State Asserted| 1 | in Monitoring sensors

plus Cooling/Fan Fault    : true but all fans was OK

The problem has gone after flashing LO100 to 4.26 version
