DL180G5 Backplane

Dear all,

I would use SATA300 drives (non-hp) with an Adaptec SATA300 controller.

(I've got 8 trays with old SATA drives, that I would replace by new SATAII drives from WesternDigital)

Is the DL180G5 Backplane (8 slots) compatible ?

Hi,

If you look at the quickspecs, it does not seem compatible. Look at the quickspecs in attach file.
