DL180G5 does not install XP Pro

I got the server w/o OS and want to install XP Pro (SP3) but the install process does not recognize the RAID controller. When I want to add a driver (F6 and S) it asks for Drive A: but the system does not have a floppy drive. A USB thumb drive is not recognized either. What can I do?
NB: It is a MS OEM CD that I bought together with the server.
