DL180G6 initialize only one processor
I have a DL180G6 server with 2 processors (E5620) and 48GB of memory.
Another technician has installed a second processor and associated memory. He says that the server is showing both processors and all the memory.
Now server show only one processor and half of the total memory.
I changed processors between the processor sockets, same situation. Changed the motherboard, the same situation. BIOS upgrade to 2012.10.1 (A), same situation.
Server initialize one processor and half of the total memory.
EasySetup shows only one processor and adequate memory (half the total).
What's the problem?

Re: DL180G6 initialize only one processor
Yes, it was a faulty processor. Yet.
After replacing the processor, everything works as it should.
