DL180G6 network card nc362i problem

Server DL180g6 CZJ94107XZ, it built a network card nc 362i (2 ports) PCI \ VEN_8086 & DEV_10C9 & SUBSYS_323F103C & REV_01
For some reason, one card turned into operation 10Mb per second, second 100MB sec.
Previously worked for both 1GB per second.
Switch hp 1gb(24ports) change, patchcords change too.
Updating drivers did not help.
Tried to update the firmware, it is impossible for each (from firmware network for dl180g6) writes The software will not be installed on this system because the required hardware is not present in the system or the software / firmware doesn't apply to this system.

Tell me what you can do in this situation?

Hi,

This network adapter is onboard , so needs replace the system board spare

608865-001 System board - Intel 5500 & 5600 Series processors

Driver: HP NC-Series Intel E1Q Driver for Windows Server 2008 R2

Firmware: Intel HPPCIE EEPROM Update Utility for Windows Server 2008 x64 Editions and Windows Server 2008 R2
Installation:
Download the Smart Component to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory. The downloaded file is a self-extracting executable with a filename based on the Smart Component Number.

From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file.

Click the "Install" button to proceed with the installation.

Network connectivity may stop during the upgrade process and may need to be restarted after completion.
