DL185 G5 Restarts every Monday?

I have a good one - Our DL185 G5 server restarts just about every Monday between 3 and 4 AM EST. I've stripped out everything I could, and swapped memory around. I've tried CentOS 5, Suse and Windows Server 2003. I've changed the UPS it's connected to. There's never anything in the OS logs or the logs in the BIOS. I run the HP diagnostics and it comes up clean, and nothing in the management software is set to restart. Right now it's got 2 x 2.2 GHz Opterons and 4 GB of HP memory. I've run several memory test and they all pass. Sometimes if it's been restarted within a few days of a Monday, it won't restart as expected on Monday morning. I just don't get this one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
