DL185G5 backpane firmware upgrade.

Hi,

I have followed the advisory (c01635651) to upgrade the drive firmware, P800 firmware on the storage server.

The 12 bay backpane firmware upgrade fails.
When running SEPTEST from DOS USB key I get following message:
Error while getting product ID.
Press any key to continue.

Can you please explain how I should proceed ?

Yes we have 12 drive bays (12 1TB drives).
