DL320 G4 problem with Win2K

During manual install of Win2K adv.server i setup adaptec embedded sata driver by pressing F6 , but at last part of text setup I receive BSOD "inaccesible boot device"!
embedded sata raid enabled and configured as RAID-1.

problem is solved! i have connected IDE CDROM to internal connector instead of external USB CDROM, and successfully finished OS installation!
