DL320 G5 64 bit support for Debian?

Can you install a 64 bit version of Debian on this server?

Can you use the ProLiant SmartStart 64 bit - version 870.2011 to update the firmware and setup the Raid config?

I've used the SmartStart DVD to update the firmware and install Windows 2008 R2 on a DL380 G5.  Wanting to know if would work on the DL320.

The server has the Dual Core Xeon 2.4 ghz processors.  Let me know if you need additional info.  Using this doc as my guide.

You need to have a smart array controller to use the Smart Start CD. 

FW update can be perform with the FW DVD and not with the Smart Start CD. You can find the FW DVD here.
