DL320 G5 : hanging at Ethernet Boot Agent

Server: DL320 G5
Latest replacement part: HD & HD back pane

When the server started, it goes until..
"HP Ethernet Boot Agent v9.0.12"
"Press Ctrl-S to Enter Configuration Menu..."

Then it just like hanging forever (attachment). I've tried ctrl-s / F9 but nothing happen.

What is the problem exactly?
How to solve this 'hanging' problem?

Hello Suffian
You can try clearing the NVRAM.
The switch is located on the systemboard.
It is the switch no S6 on the system maintenance switch.
