Search Windows Server 2003 Driver for DL320 G5p
with Integrated Intel 82801IR Serial ATA Host Controller and RAID 0/1 support.
All my attempts with drivers cp007490.exe and cp007703.exe
were in vain, Windows hangs or don't started.
Know someone which is the correct driver,
that will work with Windows Server 2003, SATA disc and raid 1?

As far as I know all 300 Series Server must have this. I mean

Virtual Install Disk in System BIOS (RBSU):

Advance Options
-> Virtual Install Disk
--> Enabled

"The virtual install disk is a holding place within the system ROM that contains embedded boot drivers (such as SCSI or RAID controller drivers) that may be necessary to complete the operating system installation. Typically, boot drivers that are placed in the virtual install disk are either not included as part of the operating system media or are updated for new controllers. Supported operating systems automatically find these drivers, eliminating the need for user intervention. HP recommends updating these boot drivers to the latest version after the OS install to further optimize the system. The Virtual Install Disk."

So that utility must include all driver for controller
just be sure your server has the latest System ROM

This driver worked on my Windows 2003 installation.

Thanks for your advices. But for w2k3 you need the adaptec aarahci.sys driver. You can find it on the w2k3 sp1 cd. With this driver, the integrated intel 82801IR serial ata host controller works fine with 2 80 GB Sata HD on Raid 1.
