DL320 - USB - Rainbow Sentinels

Does anyone have knowledge of any potential issues configuring/communicating with Rainbow SuperPro USB software sentinels with the DL320? I have been having an issue getting a 3rd Party Program to recognize the dongle, although I can do so on a different machine. Both machines appear to have the Rainbow driver and dongle PNP configuration setup and operating properly - yet DL320 issue persists - even after removal and scrub of usual suspect registry artifacts. Perhaps a BIOS rev. or other machine specific setting ...
