DL320e Gen8 Server iLO?

I have just taken delivery of a new DL320e Gen8 server and installed it in the rack.  I notice that while there are two imbedded NICs, there is no dedicated iLO port like other G7 and G8 servers.  I haven't started building the OS yet but I'm currious about how iLO will work on this server.  When I did a quick search I found a dedicated iLO Management Port kit that is associated with this server.  The specs say that iLO4 is included with this server.  Can anyone provide any insight to this?

The server does come with the iLO chip but, it is sharing the NIC 1 on that server.  If you want to have the iLO dedicated NIC, you need to get the HP Dedicated iLO Management Port Kit Module (p/n 674845-B21).

Why DL320e comes without ILO ports. Why ti need to be ordered separately.

Why the servers delivered , having parts to assemble at site.

Why it is not company prefixed.
