DL320s comes with wrong rack mounting kit
The new DL320S (2U server with 12 drive bays) seems to have come with a bad rack mounting kit.
This documentation says “Installation and racking are simplified with an ambidextrous cable management arm and a quick-deploy rail solution.” (Which, if true, would be great.)
http://h20271.www2.hp.com/SMB-AP/cache/445354-0-0-190-121.html
But when I received the 320s, it came with a MSA Universal Kit, which does not allow the server to be pulled out of the cage.
http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/12571_na/12571_na.html
I presume that the MSA unit does not have any TOP MOUNTED accessibility, therefore it doesn’t need to be pulled out of the rack/cage. However the 320s (LIKE THE DL380) has a top mounted accessible cover and needs to be pulled out of the cage for troubleshooting. Thanks,
I hope that they sent me the wrong kit or at least I can but a workable kit.
Any ideas? I have a case open on this (#3218005439), but can anyone else help? Thanks.

Re: DL320s comes with wrong rack mounting kit
I received an DL320s with the same kit you mentioned. Did the case you opened had any results ?
