DL325 Gen10 plus fans make extremely loud noise

I just received a brand new server 

Whatever i'm trying to do, within 5-10 min the fan speed jumps to 96% and the server makes extremely loud noise

there is normal   temprature, 70 F in the room

 please advise

ok, i found sourse of this noise:

the server reacts this way to the storage degration
