DL360 Boot Problems

I have inserted one of our PCI cards into the DL360, when the unit is cold booted the system hangs at the booting from HDD stage, if the system is then soft restarted everything is fine. It only seems to be a problem from cold boot, do you have any suggestions on what the problem may be ?

What card you use? It might interfering with industry boot standards? System rom up to date?
