DL360 G1 Array Help

I am having trouble setting up the array in my dl360. Whenever I create and array one of the drives fail after installing the os. But ive tested both drives and they work fine. Is there any low level formatting utility that works on this server?

that server has a smart array controller right?

are you using the SmartStart CD 5.50?

the latest 7.80 is not supported on dl360 G1

you can use 5.50 or ORCA which you can access after the controller is recognized on the POST you need to press F8

I got the server reconfigured, but how do you go about setting the array accelerator.

When I run the array diagnostic it says that I need to configure the accelerator.

or like I told F8 on POST when the controller is recognize

The drives keep appearing and disappearing from the post screen. I'm running the system firmware update now.
