Q) Agreed but that is the wrong part # for a DL360 G1. Should be 173829-001. This sserver only has slots for 2 drives, not 4.
A)That is optional cage where as server ships with 4 if i am not wrong.

If the controller has gone off to rebuild and in sometime the Fault light appears, I would suspect the controller is the one making the fault. THe controller either is predicting failure incorrectly or is at fault in writing the data.
