DL360, G2'; NIC7780, Perflib errors

For over a year I've attempted to solve the Application Event Stop 'perflib' errors; Event ID 1010 that continually show up on the above Compaq models that have the Broadcom NIC7780 card.
What I've attempted:
-Upgraded to Service Pack 3 was suppose to fix this, it didn't;
-I did an install of Softpaq CP002876.exe that didn't work;
-Solution id 215.0.235519143.4035366 from hp - Installed exctrist.exe (this is MS Knowledge base art 158874/152513) that also didn't work;
-I tried upgrading the NIC 7780 driver to 2.75 you guessed it that didn't solve the problem.
-The latest attempt was in reference to MS Q819716 hotfix. That also didn't work.

These stop errors are annoying and I'd like to remove them, has anyone tried something different?
