DL360 G2 unknown condition

as the title says i have a dl360 g2 it has no memory or cpu or HDD. the place i dot it didnt know anything about its working condition. How do i go about working out if what i already have works before i track down a pentium 3 and memory. if i turn it on w/o a cpu and memory should i expect anything on the video out? if not how can i check if stuff works.

The ILO (integrated Lights-Out) is a good place to start.

Can't say if you should expect video when you start without a CPU and memory as it test that so early so I don't know.
