DL360 G3 BSOD 0X000000D1

Got 8 Servers crashing now and then. All have the same error in cpqteam.sys. Microsoft points to KB 302400. Checked with our Network guys but FEC is not active on our switches. Using Drivers from Support 7.10 and switch-on-fault is active.
Servers been running for the past 2 months with no problems. No Software or Drivers have been added or replaced since. Trouble started in Mid-January and I just can't explain what could cause this. Did a Firmware-Update to 2004.09.15 after the first one went down as recommended by HP but it didn't solve the problem.

Attached a Bugcheck Report of the memory dump.

Sascha:

Have you used and read the docs from this package to determine if the NIC is misconfigured or bad?

Thanks John

Checked but couldn't find anything wrong. We opened a case with Microsoft. According to them there is fault in Windows 2000's TCP-Stack -->KB890856
Got a patch from them which I installed yesterday and none of my machines crashed since. However some users are off for holidays so I might have to wait a few days to find out if the patch fixed it.
