DL360 G3 CPU Thermal Sensors.
I have a DL360 dual processor, when lookin in SIM i see for thermal sensors.
1 cpu 37
2 cpu 36
3 i/o 39
4 cpu 64
Sensor 4 is always extremely high regarding to the others.
Does anyone knows the exact location of this sensor, i didn't find it in de MSG or TSG.
Thanks for your feedback.

Re: DL360 G3 CPU Thermal Sensors.
Thermal sensors are part of the agent itself. I mean to say is the agent is a software which is installed in the machine which you want to monitor using sim. Agent picksup any event from the machine and send an alert to the central management server. So the sensor are part of the board and agents pickup the event from them.
You can check for threshold level in the sim.
Thanks

Re: DL360 G3 CPU Thermal Sensors.
Anyone a clue why cpu zone 4 is almost double so hot then the other zone's ?
Server is fully updated. Firmware, agents etc...
I see no dust, cooling is normal...
Where is cpu zone 4 located?
Anyone, Please?

Re: DL360 G3 CPU Thermal Sensors.
Adding some 'Cooling Pasta' (do not know the exact english word) fixed the problems.
The temparature is reached normal values.
from 64 to 37 where 67 was the threshold.
Thanks anyone for the replies.
