DL360 G3 Fan Problem

I have a Proliant DL360 g3.The fans are causing the server to ASR regularly.
Please check the logs in the attachement.
The folowing components have all been swapped already:
System board
All fans
Power supply
The firmware has been upgraded to the latest already.
Any help will be greatly appreciated as I am at my wits end and reay to throw the server out

update the drivers to the 7.40B PSP. probably not a HW issue since you have replaced the suspects already. uless you got a doa fan assy.
