DL360 G3 continuously reboots during unattended Windows 2000 setup

I'm having continuous reboots during the unattended setup of Windows 2000.
I'm starting from a floppy that creates and formats the partition. After choosing which model I want to install, the unattended install starts. After copying the files the machine reboots, it checks the floppy and cd and should boot from disk. But rights after the cd check it will reboot again creating a reboot loop.

This method has worked for years and still works on all other models and models from other manufacturers. But not on the DL 360 G3.
I've tried different fdisk methods but no succes.
Any suggestions?

If you are using a boot floppy to initiate this install, try removing the device=emm386.exe line if this exists.

Sound a long shot, but I was having exactly the same problem with G3 servers and after weeks of head scratching, this worked!

Regards and good luck,

Sounds like your right Sara. In the meantime I create a Windows Millenium bootdisk which works. And guess what, accidently I did not use emm386.exe.
