DL360 G3 keep rebooting itself over and over at start-up

MY server keeps rebooting itself at startup. i tried to install ubuntu v.10.10 I thought it was OS.. But I erased the dirves and its doing it with no OS.. Please help!

Try installing the latest firmware ISO before installing the OS. Verify your server supports that revision of Ubuntu.

Hi Mike thanks for the reply.. I erased the dirves and its doing it with no OS installed.. Ill try to do the firmware updates tonight to see if it fix the problem.. O.. FYI.. I have 3 other dl360 g3's and 1 dl380 g3 running Ubuntu 10.10 with no issues.. I'm beginning to think its hardware or firmware related.

I always do firmware upgrades on virgin servers. Out of the box. Plug in. do all the firmware including drives and controllers.

the funny thing about it... if i erase all the drives and reboot with no OS.. it will boot normally.. any ideas?
