ps: They are all ECC RDIMM.

Check quickspesc at http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/11937_div/11937_div.HTML
Memory section: server support dimms up to 2GB module... so it doesn't support 4GB modules. Try bios update, but I am afraid it is chipset limitation and will not work.
