DL360 G4 6i controller will not initialize hard drives.

DL360 G4 6i controller will not initialize hard drives.

This server has been sitting on a shelf for about a year as a spare. The hard drives will not initalize  and the the ACU shows that the cache is not configured. Any help on bringing it back to life?
