DL360 G4 NTOSKernel Probs

Hello,

we install Win2000 on a DL 360 G4 (2 Proz)
After some reboot the server had the error code on a black screen:
NtOskernel.exe failed. please install....
We tested with:
Smart Start (4.0 and 4.10)
and without Smart Start,
with 1 or 2 Proz,
512 MB Ram and 3 GB Ram,
with SP4 and SP3, all MS Patche and without MS Patche.
We Changed HDD´s and Ram.
We had the Firmware, Bios, the HDD´s, Motherboard, Raid Controller upgedatet.


In every time we had the same error code.

What can we do?

Had you tried W2K Other? 2003?

Run erase from 7.10
Use F8 to create your Array
Driver for manual Install (F6)

I already did this, with the same result.

A Tip from HP, we must checked the HDD Backplane. But the Backplane is OK.

It seems to be a problem with the disk system. Maybe the RAID controller doesn't write out all the data to the disks. You don't have errors after reboot stating that valid data found on SA controller which has to be write out?

Try to change the SA controller!

You can´t change th Raid Controller. You must change the Systemboar

Do you has installed the BBWC modul for 6i controller? If yes try to remove it or disable write cache.
Try to install an SA controller to the system and check if it is working.
Last resort change system board!

We had no BBWC modul installed.

Yes i think we must changed the board.
