DL360 G4 Network speeds

When compairing the DL360 G3's with the G4's network speeds using Performace Test and iperf the G4 was sugnificantly slower to the tune of 620Mbps whereas the G3 was at 920Mbps. Has anyone else had these performance issues with the DL360 G4? The netcard is a NC7782 in the G4 vs the NC7781 in the G3.
