well I know the DL380's we have will auto power off so I was hoping the DL360's would

SolutionWas this machine built from an image, automated install, sysprep or anything similar? I have seen issues where such installs were not deployed correctly and hence APCI wasn't detected as supported.
If your system is in this boat, I can offer a cause, but not a solution unfortunately (that doesn't involve a rebuild).

machine was built with a clean install of Unixware
