DL360 G4 Power Off

When I execute a shutdown command the server returns system is halted and may be powered down.
Is there any way of automatically switching the power off at shutdown??

Many thanks

DL380 G4 - RBSU - Server Availability - Automatic Power-on.

Check if this helps

Re: DL360 G4 Power Off

First, check APCI is enabled in the BIOS.

Was this machine built from an image, automated install, sysprep or anything similar? I have seen issues where such installs were not deployed correctly and hence APCI wasn't detected as supported.

If your system is in this boat, I can offer a cause, but not a solution unfortunately (that doesn't involve a rebuild).
