Hello,
I'm looking to upgrade one of my DL360 G4 webservers which presently has 1GB RAM (Note: it's definitely a G4, not a G4p).
Would this RAM be suitable? http://www.ebuyer.com/product/91101
I see many places wanting to charge well over double (including Kingston themselves), just for branding it compatible with the DL360 G4. The specifications seem the same though.
Am I missing something?
Thanks,
Sam

Re: DL360 G4 compatible memory
Hi Sam,
U can check the below URL link:-
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&objectID=c00317878&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=397642#A1
HP can not support any third party product without OEM. So my opinion please do not use any third party product other way U void Ur standard warranty.
Thanks--Yaqub
