I have a new DL360 G4. When I power it up it appears not even to get as far as a POST. The two disks do their self check and I get a green and amber light on the front (green at top, amber next one down - both net lights stay dark as I have no network cables in it at this time).
Any idea where to start looking for the problem here?
Thanks
Jim

Re: DL360 G4 fails to POST
Hi Jim,
Try reset the nvram, or take the battery out for a moment in order to reset the machine.
Thanks,
Gus

Solution
Nae probs --- similar problem happened to me (more than once) when plug in the powercord for the first time (which will automatically power up the server) and then immediately push the power button to power off.
It would be great if you would assign points, too!
