DL360 G4 hangs during boot

After power outage server hangs during boot after bios post after initialize processors.
I have taken the system down to the bare min. with no joy. The only thing I have noticed is that the CR23 and CR24 diagnostic LED's are green during the hang. Boot doesn't get me far enough to restore bios or rom firmware. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

What is the status of your issue?

If you at the same place... I may be able to help?

Can you get into the BIOS? via F10?
