DL360 G4 won't boot from CD

DL360 G4 won't boot from CD

I have a brand new DL360 G4 that refuses to boot from CD. I've inserted the SmartStart CD that came in the box, but the server doesn't even attempt to read from the CD/DVD drive during bootup. I've checked the boot order and CDROM is first in the list - any ideas?

Reseat the CDROM, update the Firmware on your server, if that doesnt help, replace or try another CDROM!
