DL360 G4 won't boot.
After power outage server will not boot up. During bios post it hangs after Initializing both processors. No amber light on boards. I have taken system down to bare min. with no joy. I can't get far enough to restore bios or rom firmware. The only thing I noticed is the CR23 and CR24 LED's are green during hang. Any help would be appreciated.
