DL360 G5 System Insight Display not working

DL360 G5 System Insight Display not working

I'm running W2K3 R2 on a DL360 G5 and the slide-out System Insight Display is not working. What additional software is required to make this work. I have loaded the latest PSP, does it need the full Insight manager Pkg installed to work.

"No news is good news." The display is blank unless there is a problem.
