I have the latest P58 BIOS and latest iLO firemware and still fan tray #3 wants to run at full speed, of course I swapped out other fan sets and slot #3 want to go full tilt. Anybody?

Re: DL360 G5 fan #3 always at high speed
Hi.
Pleaes confirm that:
1) You have installed the latest ProLiant support pack (PSP) and firmwares,
2) Latest system ROM is installed for the DL360 g5 server, and
3) Health driver is running on the installed OS.
Thanks
