DL360 G5 nc373i winpe 2003 sp1 (2005)

Running into an issue trying to get the nic to work on winpe. After installing the drivers into winpe and creating the CD. The pe does not seem to recognize the duplex and speed on the card. using the latest driver from the web as of today. should be same as in 7.51 psp. The 2.4 toolkit version does not work at all for me. Has anyone gotten the nc373i to work on winpe? If so, please post..

I am using penetcfg to change the duplex and speed after the winpe is loaded.

This is something I discovered and tried as well, with the same results. My workaround was just to rename the sys file in the inf to the 2003 file. This allowed the driver to install, but does not give me the duplex settings. In the full 2003 OS installed from the CD, the speed duplex setting is accessible. But in winpe it is not. I have been able to add other drivers without an issue. It is just this nc373i that does not seem to work correctly under PE.

I have a working WinPE x32 boot disk with all HP DL360G5, 365, XW4600, XW6400, XW4400. I obtained the drives from HP smart start 2.9 beta for W2K8.

I simply injected these drivers into my customized WinPE.
