DL360 G7 With NC522SFP and Windows 2008 R2 x64 and Iscsi

Hi We have installed a new NC522SFP in a DL360 with a HP DAC cable and are running tests against our ISCSI storage. When we activate Tcp offload in the configuration the system logs a message in the eventlog that the system does not have a valid offload license. Now i have searched but i cannot find any reference in the options available for the card to a offload license. Anyone know why this message is logged ?
