I just got a DL360 G7 Server delivered with iLO Firmware version 1.16. I was able to connect successfully to the system through iLO but later on chose to update the Firmware to 1.26 through FW-DVD. Since the update I can no longer be able to connect through iLO, either just a blank page or the login page is not taking my input. I downgrade the FW to 1.20, but still the same problem. Going back even to version 1.16 which was delivered with the server does not help either.
What could have gone wrong and how can I rectify this?
Thanks

SolutionHello,
I would suggest you to refer the link provided below:
http://bizsupport1.austin.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c02065150/c02065150.pdf
Refer the page number 63
On page 61 you will be able to check the location of the switch.
Please select switch number 6 and clear it. This is called as system maintanance switch.
Then check for the result. I am quite sure the issue will get resolve.
Regards
Abhishek Sharma

Re: DL360 G7 and iLO Firmware
Thanks for the response.
I have actually tried it that way but to no effected. The problem I am facing with is that half of the function a no longer usable. Trying to access "Power Management >> Server Power", "Administration >> Licensing/Security/management", Information >> Overview" and " Remote Console" just get blocked on "Loading" for hours without any result. I sometime also get "could not load iLO session information "isArray" is not defined" error message.

Re: DL360 G7 and iLO Firmware
You might try clearing out your browser cache. I'd also pull power from the server to completely reset iLO
