DL360 G7 dont boot strange error

Hi all,

I have a strange error with my homelab and is not been easy to fix it.
Like to know if anyone have ever seen this error.

When I try to boot the server I always get this image after the controller test and when is supose to boot with the select boot device(this case is a SD card), but is the same if I select local disks or whatever.

Jul 26 2018  v1.90

I have already changed the CPUs (from E5620 to E5520), memory and also removed the controller cash to check if this is the issue, but no luck. Always I get this.
Have anyone seen this error?

Thanks in advance.

Re: DL360 G7 dont boot strange error

Hello,

Greetings.

I am able to see the text on the image, however not sure when you get this screen in the process or boot. Please share the image of the screen completely or record a video or the booting process from the time the server power button is pressed.

Thank you

Re: DL360 G7 dont boot strange error

Hello,

Greetings.

If unable to share the requested details about the issue (a video file of the issue), we request to log a case with HPE Technical Support team who would be able to take a remote session on the server to check further & provide further assistance to resolve the issue.

If possible, take multiple pictures of the reported issue from the moment the power button of the server is pressed to turn on the server.

After the reported screen is seen, does the server continue to boot to the OS or does it stop there without moving forward?

Please reply with further details.

Thank you
