DL360 G8 Raid 1 problems

Hi everybody.

 

I have a DL 360 G8 server with Raid 1 and Server 2012 installed. A few days ago the server crashed. After rebooting, it seems to have performance problems. All diagnostics state that the raid and the harddisks are ok. I ran chkdsk several times and everytime it detects index problems in the filesystem. Could there be a problem with the raid even though the hp diagnostics state that everything is ok?

Raid on B120i controller ?

 

OS : 2012 or 2012 R2 ?
