DL360 G9 - SMH webpage and WBEM Providers - Physical Drives not visible

I have following problem: I have installed System Management Homepage and WBEM Providers to monitor my hardware on HP Proliant DL360 G9 (Windows Server 2012 R2) but in "Storage" tab there is no information about physical drives, logical drives and storage box. There are only blue question mark icons. All firmware updates and drivers are up to date. Could you help me with this problem?

Hi,

Apart from Standard AHCI Controller, have you installed any other Smart Array Controller, if YES, check under that controller.

Also instead of WBEM change the data source to SNMP and see if that fixes the issue.

Regarding to http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-c04451631 it looks, that it is known issue and it will be corrected in future versions of WBEM providers. Is there any ETA when the new version of WBEM providers will be released?
