If you search through the forums you will see this is a common message.  The Linux kernel is looking for a PS/2 port which Gen9 ProLiant servers do not have.   This just happens to be the last message on your screen before the kernel video frame buffer / KMS takes over and is not the issue.  Good chance the system is booting, you are just not able to see what is on the screen. Try adding 'nomodeset' on your kernel boot line. You will need to experiment with video resolution options to set one the kernel and the monitor are happy with.

This is not really an error, it's just an informational message.  The server doesn't have a PS/2 controller and doesn't need one.  If you are having a server issue this is not the root of the problem, this is just the last message you see on the screen.  From the grub (or syslinux) menu you need to edit the boot line and add the nomodeset option.  Refer to your OS documentation on howto change or make boot options permanent
