DL360 Gen 9 with P440ar Controller not support ST1000NX0323 in RAID

Hello

I bought two drives ST1000NX0323 and i was trying to make RAID 1 on my DL360 Gen 9 with P440ar Controller but with no succes. I get warrnings that  " 1TB SAS 4Kn HDD at Port 2l : Box 1: Bay 6: This physical drive does not support RAID and is not exposed to OS. It connot be used for configuration onthis controller. "

How can i solve this problem?  Do i need to buy new drives ?

Hi OPS_PL,

The drive model number shows that its a non HPE drive. We will not be able to comment on the functionality of Non HPE drives. We request you to please use HPE Drives. You can ref to the below link to select the supported drive for the said server.
