DL360 Gen10 - Cannot find Windows partition

Hello and thanks for the excellent forum!

I have an HP DL360 Gen10 with 2 SAS drives configured in a RAID 1.  The server was running Windows Server 2016 Standard.

Last week, after a routine reboot, the server failed to boot up Windows and instead goes into Recovery Console.  When running the Windows Recovery Command Line, the server does not see its C: drive (primary partition) under diskpart.  The only drive that diskpart shows is the internal flash drive that is attached to the motherboard, so it doesn't see the RAID volume at all.

From iLO, we can see the RAID under Smart Storage Administrator and everything looks healthy.

Not sure what to do next or how to further troubleshoot - please help

Thanks much!!

Hi,

Thank you for the POST.

Looks like you may need to re-install the OS.

May we please know if you have tried any other Troubleshooting so far.

And share screenshots if available.

Thank you
