Hi, looking at the spec of the Gen 10 DL360, there is USB 2.0 compliance but
• USB 2.0 Compliant (only on optional Universal Media Bay)
If the optional Universal Media Bay hasn't been taken as an option, is there a compatible PCI USB 2.0 card that could be fitted to this server?
I've checked at
https://h20195.www2.hpe.com/v2/Getdocument.aspx?docname=a00008159enw
&
https://hpeserversoptionscompatibilitytool.itcs.hpe.com/# but couldn't see anything?

Re: DL360 Gen10 USB 2.0 options
I would try a StarTech.com PEX400USB2.

Re: DL360 Gen10 USB 2.0 options
The system has multiple USB 3.0 ports, these support USB 2.0 devices. The optional port you mention is USB 2.0 only

Re: DL360 Gen10 USB 2.0 options
In the original post it reads:
• USB 2.0 Compliant (only on optional Universal Media Bay)
which in this case wasn't installed. Also in cases where there is reported 2.0 compliance, there are various incompatibilities that can appear. When you want USB 2.0, nothing beats the real thing.

That line item is simply stating that unlike the embedded USB ports, the optional device is USB 2.0 and not 3.0
What should have been asked to the original poster is what probelm if any is being seen. Is there an issue with trying to use a 2.0 device on one of the embedded ports?
